Design Methodology
At Black N White Haus, we have crafted a series of process to facilitate the better understanding of our clients’ overall vision and objectives for their living spaces. We do so by incorporating our design philosophy to the conceptualisation of the design works.
I. Determine
Discuss project vision and client objectives. Survey the site and inventory furniture. Spatial planning based on client needs, lifestyle, and preferences.
II. Design
Present concept designs including mood boards, color themes, materials, 3D visuals, and costs. Include details of fixtures, fittings, equipment, furniture, and finishes.
III. Development
Hold regular meetings to finalize design and prepare plans and details. Conduct site meetings to review project stages and ensure client approval.
IV. Deliver
Developed formal processes and procedures to ensure all measures meet client satisfaction. A final review to address any issues, and ensure the client is fully satisfied.
